1. Nature of Services Procapital Mohdfaiz is an Educational Institution only. We provide training, workshops, and materials related to stock market technical analysis and financial literacy. We are NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor, Research Analyst, or Broker. We do NOT provide live trading calls, tips, or investment recommendations. All chart patterns and strategies discussed are for educational case studies only.
2. Eligibility By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Our courses are intended for individuals seeking to enhance their financial knowledge and are not a substitute for professional financial advice.
3. Course Enrollment & Fees Registration: You agree to provide accurate and current information during the enrollment process. Payment: All fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before accessing course materials. Refund Policy: Fees paid for Procapital Mohdfaiz courses are non-refundable once the course materials have been accessed or the live sessions have commenced. In exceptional cases, a credit may be issued toward a future batch at the sole discretion of the management.
In case a refund is approved under special circumstances, the applicable GST and platform processing fees will be deducted from the total amount paid. The refund will be issued only for the net amount after these deductions, as taxes and third-party charges are non-refundable. "No refunds are based on trading performance."
4. Intellectual Property All content provided, including videos, PDFs, charts, and proprietary strategies, is the intellectual property of Procapital Mohdfaiz. Unauthorized recording, sharing, or reselling of these materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability Trading in equities, options, and commodities involves significant risk. Procapital Mohdfaiz and its mentors shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred by students while trading in the market. You acknowledge that you are trading at your own risk.
6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida/Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

Nobody From Our Team will ever call you or send you message for payment for Trading Calls/ Tips / Advisory Service / PMS .
